Enclosures
We manufacture our own enclosures. Our enclosures are made with size restraints and durability in mind. Our standard enclosures use 2"x2" 16 gage square tubing as a frame work. The frame is welded and powder coated. Then the frame is insulated with two inches of rigid insulation. The Alum sheeting is .063 sheeting, the thickest available to us. It comes standard as a Polar White in color, but may be powder coated to any color you desire. The inside of the enclosure is lined in white FRP panels for a clean and bright look.
Common sizes:
- 24" x 48" x 72" enclosure: This is our most popular enclosure for a 2" water system
- 24" x 72" x 72" enclosure: This is the size needed for a 3" water system.
- 36" x 96" x 72" Enclosure: This is for a 4" water system.
- 48" x 96" x 72" Enclosure: This is a good size for 2 water systems in the same enclosure.
And we can make any size desired, including a 2 room unit for a chlorination room.
