At AquaFlow Int'l, Inc. we realize that often the bulk water loading station is part of a much larger project. Municipalities often add a bulk water loading station as part of a tank project or a treatment plant project. Oftentimes we end up working with an Engineering firm. Because this is the case, we have put together several documents and drawings that may help in the planning and implementation of these projects.

Picking the Correct System:
AquaTrack Internet and Cloud-based System:
This system has all the bells and whistles while also being the least expensive of the systems. The data from the system is available in real time and no special computer or software is needed to access the data. The customer's use a Member number and PIN to access the water.

AquaFlow II RFID Card-based System
The AquaFlow II System is a card-based system that does not require any communication between the loading station and the office or internert. All the data needed is stored on a RFID card. The Customer uses the RFID Card and PIN to access the water. Cards can be set up as pre-paid or an Access card.
OPTIONS INCLUDE:
- Receipt printer at the site
- Customers can be pre-paid and while others bill-later
- System Files transfer via USB drive
- Ability for two-tier pricing
- Ability for a transaction charge on each sale

AquaVendor RFID Card/Internet-based System
The AquaVendor System is a card-based system that communicates between the loading station and the water office over the internet. The customers use a RFID Card and PIN to access the water. The Site Manager can re-value customer cards. The Site Manager's card is re-valued over the internet with the use of a cell-based router.
OPTIONS INCLUDE:
- Remote management from long distances
- Multiple managers per site
- No limit to the number of customers
- Receipt printer at the site
- Ability to have two-tier pricing
- Ability for a transaction charge on each sale

QuarterMaster System
The QuarterMaster System is a Quarter/Coin/Token based system that does not require any communication betweeen the loading station and the office or internet. All the transaction data is stored at the site. The system has a pre-set number of coinage to start and the value/volume they will receive for that number of coinage as well as the value/volume for additional coinage. This is a Volume-based system, not time-based.
OPTIONS INCLUDE:
- Ability to have two-tier pricing
- Sales logged and available to transfer via USB drive
- All coins are accounted for
